One hour. We go through your operations, identify what's worth automating and what isn't, and give you a clear brief you can act on — whether you proceed with us or independently.
No commitment to anything beyond the session itself.
Most business owners know something's inefficient. They just don't know if it's worth fixing, whether AI is the right fix, or roughly what it would cost. The strategy session is an hour to get those answers — without committing to a project.
It's also useful if you've been pitched AI solutions before and walked away more confused than when you started. We don't do the deck with the buzzwords. We look at your actual operations and tell you what's worth doing.
You walk us through a typical week. What does the team spend time on? What happens when a new client comes in? Where are the friction points? We listen, ask questions, take notes.
We identify the specific processes worth automating — and the ones that aren't. We're direct about which problems AI actually solves well and which are better handled differently.
We prioritise by impact and implementation time. What would take a week to build and save five hours a week? What's a three-month project? What's not worth doing at all?
Within three working days we send a written brief: what we found, what's worth automating, rough priority order, and ballpark numbers for each. You can take that to us, hand it to another developer, or shelve it. It's yours either way.
We're not running a loss-leader here. The session costs £200 because it's an hour of focused work that produces something useful. We're not going to spend an hour with you and then strong-arm you into a project. If we think something's worth building, we'll say so — and you can decide.
Best fit: you run or manage a small business, you have a gut feeling there's time being wasted somewhere, and you'd rather spend an hour getting a clear answer than guess your way into a project. Works in person or on a call. We ask for a quick overview of your business beforehand so we're not starting from zero.
