Workflow
Automation.

You're doing something manually that a system could handle. We identify it, build it, and hand it over.

A system that works, that you own, and that runs without you — with the option to keep us involved for ongoing improvements, monitoring, and new automations as your business grows.

The automations worth doing are rarely the exciting ones. They're the tasks that have sat on someone's plate every Monday for three years — pulling numbers from somewhere, copying them somewhere else, sending an email about it. Nobody built a system because it never felt urgent enough. It just kept taking time.

That's where this starts. Pick one process. Work out if the logic is consistent enough to hand off. Build something that runs it instead of you.

What we typically automate.

Invoice & document processing

Invoices arrive, get logged, categorised, and filed. Reminders go out automatically. No inbox management required.

Booking confirmations

Customer books → confirmation sent, calendar updated, reminder scheduled. No manual step in the chain.

Data aggregation & reporting

Weekly or monthly reports pulled from multiple sources, formatted, and delivered to your inbox. Zero copy-paste.

Form-to-system pipelines

Someone fills a form → data goes into your CRM, spreadsheet, or database automatically. No middleman.

Email triage & routing

Incoming emails categorised, prioritised, and routed to the right person or system. Filters that actually work.

Supplier & client follow-up

Scheduled follow-ups, payment reminders, and status updates sent automatically based on triggers you define.

How it actually works.

Workflow automation is mostly Python scripts talking to APIs. That sounds dry — it is — but the real work is understanding your process well enough to replicate it without breaking things. Getting the code right is the easy part. Getting the logic right takes longer.

We sit down with whoever does the task, map out every step, find where it gets complicated, and build something that handles the straightforward 95% automatically. Edge cases either get handled explicitly or flagged for a human. Nothing gets silently dropped.

You get the code, the docs, and a working system. It runs without us. We're around if it needs changing — but you're not dependent on us to keep the lights on.

What it costs.

Most projects start fixed-price. We scope it, quote it, build it. Simple automations typically run from a few hundred pounds. Multi-step pipelines with several integrations are more — but the quote is agreed before we start, not billed by the hour.

Many clients move to a monthly retainer after the initial build — covering ongoing improvements, monitoring, and new automations as the business grows. We'll recommend what makes sense for your situation.

The first conversation is free. We'll tell you honestly if what you're describing is automatable, roughly how long it would take, and what it would cost — before any commitment.
